Ducati Diavel

Ducati introduced its most spectacular motorcycle Diavel with the variant Ducati Diavel and Diavel Carbon. The Ducati's new Ducati Diavel furnished with lower height of fuel tank will steal the sporty look from the cruiser. Both the machines comes up with a powerful engine of around 1198.4 cc single cylinder engine, which generates a decent power of around 162 hp at 9250 rpm and the peak torque of around 130.5 Nm at 8000 rpm.

Introduction:

The manufacturer has offered it with an outstanding body structure with an appreciable performance which makes it one of the toughest and sporty motorcycle. The vehicle is powered by 1198.4 cc, liquid cooled, Testastretta 11° L-Twin engine that comes along with six-speed transmission system. The body structure of the bike is alluring from the outside. The front section of the bike is blessed with quadrilateral headlamp along with LED positioning lights. There is no rear fender in the bike that gives it a marvelous look. The instrument console is nicely designed and mounted which gives a clear picture of plenty of information about speed, rpm, warning lights, time and temperature.

Design:

The designing of the Ducati Diavel is really admirable because it comes and wrapped up in all black theme along with neat body curves which make it more appealing and tempting in the first impression. The length of the bike is around 2235 mm and the width is around 860 mm and the height is around 1192 mm. It has a ground clearance of around 130mm. The total dry weight of the bike is around 205 kg. The driving of the Ducati Diavel is always a joyful experience either driving on highways or in heavy traffic. The vehicle comes up with a set of Pirelli DiabloRosso II tyres in which the front tyre size is around the 120/70-ZR17 front and 240/45-ZR17 which provides a better grip and wider traction.

The manufacturer has offered a DTC(Ducati Traction Control) system that is the advanced technology which commands the other parts of an engine to work accordingly and stop the vehicle when required. It comes up with three types of adjusting riding modes i.e. Sports, Touring and Urban which offers different engine configuration for adjusting the ride according to the terrain.
