This is the high-end Crosstour motorcycle, which is fitted with a high-performance engine and futuristic electronic features. This bike offers an enormous amount of power, decent amount of fuel economy with dynamic handling. This bike is fun to ride and the rider does not feel any kind of stress even on the long trips.
The bike looks heavy in terms of design, having the single glance over the bike the first thing will come in the viewers mind is that how hard the designer had to work for it. From the front the bike is fitted with unique shape headlight and the transparent wide visor is mounted over it. The side portion of the bike looks advantageous due to its well-crafted fuel tank, large capacity naked engine along with the heavy exhaust that is in flow with the body. The rear profile is high to give the perfect adventurous bike touch that shows off the rear altering tyre. This huge beast dimension measures 2248 mm X 962 mm X 1410 mm (L X W X H) with a wheelbase of 194 mm.
Engine, Economy & Performance:
This bike is fitted with a 1215cc four stroke, transverse three cylinder DOHC, four valve per cylinder engine, which is capable of generating maximum power of 135 hp and peak torque of 121 Nm. The power mill is matched with a six-speed wet multi-plate gearbox that offers quick gear shifts and makes the engine more responsive. By this huge powertrain, the bike can hit the top speed of 215 kmph and offers the fuel economy of 17 kmpl, which is quite decent.
For efficient handling the bike is equipped with Kayaba 46 mm upside down fork at the front Kayaba monoshock with remote oil reservoir, hydraulically adjustable preload, rebound damping adjustment suspension at the rear. To provide road hugging feel the bike offered with a tyre size of 110/80-19 at the front and 150/70-17 at the rear.
Safety, Braking and Miscellaneous:
To control this beast efficiently the bike is occupied with 2 X 305 mm floating discs, Nissin four-piston caliper at the front and single 282 mm disc, Nissin two-piston sliding caliper at the rear. To further enhance the braking configuration it also has the ABS (Antilock Braking System) that does not let the bike skid over a wet surface.
